Here's what comes next... 

Start exploring the app! You can check out the discussions with your coach and Success Team, message your FULLFILL Coach to introduce yourself or ask any questions you might have, explore the different health trackers, delicious recipes, workouts, and more! New daily lessons and content will be uploaded to the app at the beginning of each week and your coach will post discussions and announcements each week day to your Success Team, so make sure you check back often.

We encourage you to log in each day to check out new content in the library, engage with your Success Team and your FULLFILL Coach, try out new recipes, and more.

Get ready to attend your first group session.

It's a good idea to add your group session as a meeting in your personal calendar. If something comes up and you can't make it, no problem—you can always join any of the other group sessions that week by scheduling a Drop-In Session.

Review your weekly content.

Once you've logged into the FULLFILL app, you can access your library content by selecting "Content Library" from the navigation menu. We'll be uploading 5 days worth of new content at the beginning of each week of the program. Each day's content will be available as a success guide article you can read or listen to.

Engage with your Success Team and your coach.

We're in this together! Start engaging with your team by selecting "Your Success Team" from the home screen. It's easy to use and functions a lot like familiar social networks--you can like, comment, post, and more! You can learn more about FULLFILL Success Teams in this article: Your Success Team

Know where to go for support when you need it.

Need support from your peers? Then, engage with your Success Team.
